Weather question

We're leaving from Wisconsin at the end of the month for 4 days and we're meeting some friends from Virginia. I'm the DVC member. What happens if we get snowed in? Can our friends still use it or can we cancel? With all this crappy weather across the country, I'm starting to get worried.

Yes, if you and your friends are all in the same room and you can not go, they can still go.

Just give MS a call and change who is part of the group. The only possible glitch would be if you have the DDP. If you don't cancel yourself out of the room prior to 48 hours to check in, you would still be charged for that, even if you are not there.

You can cancel too, but your points could end up in holding if you are too close to the check in date. Just make sure their names are on the reservation along with yours.
