Weather on October

I'm planning to spend our vacation in WDW on October (16-10-2006 to 26-10-2006).

What is the weather like in this time??? Can i wear t-shirt and shorts?? Will i need to wear some jersey at night? Is it possible swimming and going to the water parks in this time??

The weather is very nice this time of yr great time to go. You should take a light weight jacket in case the evenings get alittle cool, and yes, normally you can go swimming

Actually I went this past Oct, and to my suprise not only were all the parks packed!!!! But I went the week of colubus week, and average temp was 90-95 with high humidity. I hope that was a fluke.......

We went the last week of October/first week of November. The weather was fantastic but the parks were VERY busy.

I am always there during the middle of October for a conference. The weather is perfect. Epcot Food and Wine is going on then, so Epcot is crowded. THe rest of the parks are not too bad.

Went once in October (3rd week). First we caught the edge of a hurricane than it was 90 and crowded. I think the crowds were from a golf tournament, but not sure.

I visited www.wunderground.com/history and printed the trip planner weather for Orlando during my trip. I'm planning my trip during Oct 28-Nov 4, the average temp is 81 and average low is 64.

Great time of the year togo, We were there in October of 2004 and the weather was great.

We went the same time in October as you, in 2003 and it was HOT HOT HOT! We were told it was "unseasonably" warm and humid. The heat wasn't the problem - the humidity was, and I'm from Minnesota - we know humidity! It finally broke on Wednesday, 4th day into the trip.

Pool and water park weather definitely! No matter what - you'll still have lots of fun. Just be prepared and drink lots of water!
