Weather next week?

I've been watching weather.com and they are predicting isolate t-storms almost every day next week....and then Tuesday and Wednesday say "showers"...

For Florida locals, or those who have visited often, what does this mean in terms of planning our days - Is it likely to have scattered showers off and on all day or is this more like small showers every once in a while?

Thank you.

Isolated or scattered thunderstorms are usually just that. Don't plan on a wash out.

When they say "showers" that generally means lighter rain for more of the day.

Either way, we are heading into the "fall" weather. Not as many afternoon summer thunderstorms and more dry weather overall.

It would be a good idea to watch the weather reports at night while you are there. Pack ponchos if you are really concerned with getting wet.

"scattered showers off and on all day" and "small showers every once in a while" are really the same thing. At least in Florida! :p

"Isolated storms" means that they will be spread out and are not as likely. There could, for example, be a thunderstorm over DAK, with no rain falling at Epcot.

"Scattered showers" means that the rain will cover a larger area and are much more likely.

But, either way, you shouldn't have to change your touring plan at all. Either way, you just put on the poncho and keep on going!
