It POURED when I had a dessert party at Epcot. They moved us from the UK area to a conference room in the Norway Pavilion. IllumiNations did go off as it stopped raining about 8:45. Needless to say, it wasn't the same, but everyone loved to food and got to see the fireworks, so it ended up being OK.
