Weather in the Bahamas!

Sssh I don't want my dis buddy to read this b/c she might just do me in But . . . does anyone know what the weather in the Bahamas is like at this time of year??? I am so paranoid of it raining all day at CC or something b/c the weather forecast is predicting some thundershowers. I called the Bahamas travel center or w/e it is and they said it's usually sunny and the storms move through quickly but I swear when I see a gray background and rain drops on the little weather pics I get than usual LOL. Help I know I can't order my weather but can someone stop the insanity please???

I think its alot like Florida, always a chance of a quick passing shower but sunny and mostly in the 80's this time of year.

Thanks for the pixie dust I'll take it b/c I don't want rain on vacation for sure. Bratay I am going on the May 8th Wonder to the Nassau.
