Anybody that has been on a Disney cruise to Key West, Nassau, and CC at the end of November/first of December? What's the weather typically like? Will we want to be in the water? I booked and now I'm thinking I might should have checked to see if the weather is warm enough to enjoy the beaches and pools.

My family is going on the Wonder Thanksgiving week, stopping at Key West, Nassau and CC. Following this post too, because inquiring minds want to know.
Can anyone compare the water temp at CC to Hawaii? Gosh, I'd hate to get to CC, and then the water temp is too cold to do some snorkeling, and play on Pelican Plunge.

Following. We are from the South and have a cruise booked for the first week in December 2016. Wondering about the weather also.

November is my favourite time to go. Water is still warm from the summer, no bugs and not too busy ;)

We did the Thanksgiving 2013 cruise out of Galveston. The weather leaving Galveston was crummy, and sailing was really rough that first night and the next day. Staff said nearly 1/2 the ship was seasick. The outside decks and the pools were not open. Things cleared up by the time we got to Key West, although we did have an afternoon shower that day. Weather in Nassau was perfect. Weather at Castaway Cay was terrible. We arrived and within 20 minutes there was a big storm...rain and probably 30-40 mph winds. We waited it out (about an hour) and it finally cleared up enough to enjoy the island, but it was still cloudy and windy. The water temperature felt warmer than the air temperature. On our last day at sea, the sun finally came out and stayed out and we were able to enjoy the pool. We decided to give it another shot and are on the Dec. 18 cruise out of Galveston this year.

the temps cruising late fall/winter are so hit or miss IMO.

We cruised Disney 3x in 2013 - mid Jan/late Sept/early Dec.

I posted Jan pics here:

Our Dec 4, 2013 cruise was a 4nt. on the Magic. CC day was Dec 5.
Weather was BEAUTIFUL! Sunny, clear skies, and low/mid 80's! Lots of people swimming.
