My family and I are going in early June. What kind of weather can we expect? We’re from Hawaii, is it similar? We’ve got our neck fans, ponchos, and water bottles packed. Anything else we need?

We went last year in June and it was hot/humid. The only park that we struggled was Epcot especially around the different countries because there was almost no shade. I am actually going back this year for solo trip in june!

June is very hot, if it rains it usually only lasts a few minutes and is gone. Unfortunately, the rain doesn't cool you off, it makes it more humid. Bring lots of sunscreen, we drink half our water bottles and freeze them the night before and fill them up in the morning, it helps keep your water colder for a little longer. We also have cooling towels that we bring. Remember, you can get free ice water from any food cart/restaurant. Just expect your clothes to be stuck to you from humidity and sweat though :):sunny:

Oh yes definitely packing sunscreen and we also have cooling towels! Thank you for the tip!

June/July/August tends to always be HOT and humid in Florida not really my choice for a time to do Disney with all the miles of walking you will do. No matter what you wear or how much fluids you drink, you won't be able to do as much as if you went a time of year when cooler. Given that is when you are going, be realistic about how hot it will be and pace yourself since likely you won't be able to go non-stop all day long. Go to the parks early or late and plan for breaks in the middle of the day when it is the hottest.
