Hi! My Family and I are taking our first trip to Disney in February and we are not sure what the weather is going to be like/what kinds of clothes to bring. We've looked at weather sites and right now Florida is averaging mid 70's high 60's i think right now...is it going to get any warmer in February?? We are coming from a place that is very cold and very snowy so we are hoping for warm and sunshine...any chance of that happening?? lol

Surprisingly, the weather in Orlando is quite different than our weather here in the Panhandle because it's inland. Your assumptions and research should prove correct. It'll get into the mid 70's most days and you may see some nights in the low 60's. Don't be surprised if you see some (very little) precipitation. It won't be enough to ruin a day or anything. You'll get plenty of sunshine with occasional cloud cover, but much like weather all over, it can be unpredictable so please don't take my info as gospel.

We usually take our vacation in February and it can be a little touch and go but for the most part I have never been disappointed in the weather. I would say the temperature is around 70-75 and I am a big sun lover so I have always found that I have been able to enjoy the sun and the pool in February.

The weather in February can range quite widely. I live south of Orlando near the coast and there are times in January and February when the lows are down into the 30s and 40s. So come prepared just in case it does get cold. During the day though it does typically get into at least the 60s. So still pretty mild. :)

Enjoy your trip to FLORIDA!!

We used to take our annual vacation in February before the school calendar changed- always had a great time.

The weather can vary quite a bit- pack a lot of layering clothes to be safe. I was careful to pack short and long sleeve shirts, shorts and pants, as well as a sweatshirt or two. I also brought thin hats and gloves for the parks at nights- we actually used them on more than one occasion and were glad to have them!

Have a great time.

Def bring layers and watch the temp MUCH closer to your trip. We made the mistake one trip of looking at the historical temps and when our plan landed (in Feb) it was 32! We thought the plane had turned around and gone back to Boston! It never got over 50 during our whole trip and we didn't have any jeans/coats packed! Let me tell you, when you come from a place that winters are really cold, you may assume that 50 "won't be that bad" Um, ya, standing around outside waiting for the fireworks in capris when it's 40 something will feel downright frigid!

When we went in February the weather was pleasant...highs in the upper 70's most days. The kids swam everyday even if Mom and Dad didn't! When we headed out to the parks in the early morning it was actually quite chilly and sweatshirts were a must. The same went for the evening. I'm a cold weather person too so anything above 50 feels balmy but it can't hurt to have a sweatshirt/sweatpants for little ones to wear until it gets warm enought to peel them off. Have fun :surfweb:

A weather in February was so nice and I think that it was a nice weather go to for a tour and I think yet few days before most of people are came from a trip because they go on Christmas. But I think that these weather is also nice for going on trip and me and y family goes for a trip at Singapore.

We were there last February and it got pretty chilly. We only brought one sweatshirt each and we were still fine, it was better than the several feet of snow that we were getting at home at the time :lmao:

I would pack and intend to wear layers and maybe bring one or two really warm sweatshirts. We went in March 2010 and had weather as low as 35 degrees at night and as high as 70's later in the week. We went from freezing in the parks at night to wearing shorts. I guess this time of year can really vary as when my sister went the year before in this time frame, she had weather in the 90's everyday. Have fun :)
