Looking to book again for early Feb :yay: :yay: :yay: :yay: , can anyone tell me what the weather will be like & also how busy would it be?
Been in April, and June before...
Many thanks.

Weather can be summed up in 1 word = unpredictable.

You will get nice weather I am sure, but can be chilly especially in the mornings - I would be prepared for various weather types personally.

Last time we were there it was late February and crowds were fairly light.

We went in February a couple of years ago. We all came back with a great tan and the sun shone every day. You will need sun tan lotion.
The waterparks were quite chilly in the mornings, probably a bit too cold, but being Brits we tend to gin and bear it. When the sun comes out in the afternoon it's like British summertime heat. No rain to speak of for the entire two weeks, however if the wind gets up it can be cold.

The queues were virtually non existant apart from Magic Kingdom. Seaworld and Busch gardens were especially quiet, we were the only ones on Kraken at midday !! Everything is open as usual but one of the disney waterparks closes for routine maintenance - so check which one is closed before buying tickets.

Watch out for Spring break weekend or presidents day which I think is around this time as the parks suddenly get manic.

We hve been early Feb for the last 2 years, 2006 weather was really warm parks were very quiet, except for the last few days when they have a cheerleading comp held at disney... 2007 weather was a little cooler although only 1 wet day when there was a tornado :scared1: although once this had passed weather warmed a little and the sun came out! Parks were quiet again except for the pesky cheerleaders on the last few days:woohoo:  :woohoo:

As you can see from the ticker, we love this time of year as we have just booked for Jan 27th 2008 :cheer2: :cheer2:

Our next trip is our first WDW in Feb trip. We're expecting the first week to be reasonably quiet, but I'm bracing myself for the second week as it's a holiday weekend (President's Day 18th) and schools are out... :scared1:

We hope to get our Must Do's done in the first week.

Definately avoid Magic Kingdom on Presidents Day weekend. We managed 2 rides all day and had to queue 2 hours for those !
The locals dont' tend to go to the water parks until later in the year when it's roasting so it may be better go there or take a couple of shopping days over that weekend.

Take a light jacket / fleece for the evenings as we found that the winds could be bitter ;)

Otherwise lovely weather for the parks and pools :thumbsup2
