My Husband and I leave in 26 days for our honeymoon @ disney!! I'm not sure what to pack as the last time I was there in December was 8 years ago. COuld anyone give me an idea of what the temp's might be like?

Thanks!

Hey Rinstah, my Disney guide says average highs are in the lower 70s, and night time temps are around 50.

The week before you go, you can start checking the National Weather Service (just google that phrase) and you can get the actual forecast for Orlando (or any city) in full.:surfweb:

I am going on my honeymoon in 13 days, and I was told to pack for two seasons(summer and fall/spring) I am going to bring clothes for warmer climates and clothes for the cooler part of the climate. I am really hoping the weather is nice, cause where I am from it has all ready snowed this year and we usually don't get snow until January, so warm weather would be nice. But I would pack for two seasons. Congrats on the marriage and honeymoon. When is your wedding day?

I am from IOWA too! lol! and will be there 12/11-12/18! What a "Small world" afterall! lol!

We have only had one really chilly/cold trip and that was late Dec, like 6 yrs ago... normally we are there right now (thanksgiving thru beginning of Dec) and it has usually been shorts daytime, capri's & light jacket at night! It is usually high 70's low 80's... If I were to guess I would say mid 70's daytime and mid 50's-low 60's night time this December... a friend from the area told me there are having a warm season (El Nino thank you)!

:santa: We will be there in 14days!:santa:

Hi,
I have been in december 7 times and the weather has been lovely and warm
You need a jacket for the first hour or so in the morning and for evening (from say 6pm )
Other wise we have worn shorts and tee shirts ( but hen we are from england )

Hope you have a lovely Honeymoon

I went to Disney in December of 2004. Some days it was freezing, and you would need to wear fleeces, and the very next day I would wear a t-shirt. It would still be cool, but the sun would be shinning on you. I would pack plenty of warm outfits and plenty of outfits where you could remove layers. It really just depends. Every day is different. The water parks are open in December...I never understood that. It's definatly not warm enough to be swimming, but people do it!!

We have swam before in late Nov early Dec... the pools I believe are heated... and it is usually pretty nice... and most of the time we swim at night before bed...so no sun iether!:santa:

We just came back from Disney after five days and was very nice during the day but two of the nights we needed jackets. Epcot can get chilly any night due to the lake. But the last few nights did not need a jacket at all. We wore shorts/capri's everyday. I have been during christmas and it can be warm or cold. Just face it you will need to bring everything to have fun. Hope you have a wonderful time. Val:cool1:
