Looks like it may be a bit parky. High 20's one day and 10 the next :scared1:

US cousins all talking about taking winter coats etc. I was planning on swimming and blizzard beach

Best not take off me vest yet then

Well we're expecting between -8 and -12 tonight so that forecast seems positively balmy!!!! :)

Super long range (around 15 days) is looking like its gonna be in the 60's which obv does not even cover Christmas yet. I'm a southerner so thats nippy to me lol. We were already planning to take winter coats seeing as last Nov/early Dec I wore mine the entire vaca. I really could care less, it's Christmas in ORLANDO! WOOHOOOO! Who cares about the weather right? It's gonna be a LOT warmer than here in any event. :)

Well, our only other Disney christmas was in Paris, and the temperatures were down to -5 degrees Centigrade, so 10 degrees seems great to me, lol! Plus, it is a lot warmer than it has been here in the past week :thumbsup2

I leave on Thursday and am planning to pack everything from hat and gloves to vest tops, the swimsuit is still coming with me! just hoping for the best and being prepared for the worst. it's a shame the Florida cold snap had to happen now though, but the sun will be shining and no snow... I hope lol

We are in Orlando now and I have to say the forecast hasnt got it correct for the last week or so !!
It is Cold at night and they keep warning it will get colder but so far we have managed to still swim in pool everyday Just wouldnt reccomend it after 3pm when it temps start to drop !!
We have worn our winter coats when out at night but I was still in shorts and tshirt this morning :-)

Yep, T-shirts and shorts / cropped trousers for us too :thumbsup2

Haven't found the need for a winter coat but have brought along fleeces which have been plenty warm enough in the evenings for us :goodvibes

thanks louise and Alison for checking in and letting us know, sounds promising! please report back and keep us updated. hope you're both having a fab time :-)

Thanks folks Fleece & shorts it is then ! -10 this morning in the car so can't wait!

Call me a bit of a "wuss" but I don't think we'll be braving the pool ;)

"Way to go" Louise :thumbsup2

We had a 10 minute rain downpour yesterday morning where the wind was howling through the trees at the back of our apartment - then silence and sunshine :goodvibes

-10??:scared1:

I believe my car was still surrounded by about a foot of snow at the last check :rotfl:

-17 forecast tonight in Yorkshire followed by a sub tropical +5 at the weekend. Fingers crossed we can get over the big hill to Manchester airport on the 22/12:banana::banana:

Pretty nippy today but still managed a fleece and cropped trousers.....The car park at AK was flipping blustery though.....

Bit cold around the old ears so maybe a hat would be good for those 'as likes 'em ;)
