Weather for 10/16

Just wanted to let everyone know who is sailing with DCL this weekend that we are expecting a cold front to come through this weeekend with (get this) some night time temps in the low 60's into the 50's in some inland areas.. You might want to bring appropriate gear on board as you will surely get chilled on the ocean...

Thanks for the info jrp, but I gotta laugh (just a little bit) being from Western PA and in the snow belt it is too funny to hear people who are lucky enough to live in warm climates talk about cold....LOL I have allready had to scrape my car windows in the morning, our morning temps have allready been in the 30's and right now as I am typing this at 3:40pm the temp is 61.

I have been to WDW in November before when the "locals" are in sweatshirts and jeans and they think we are crazy for being in shorts!

I looked at the local 6 site Orlando weather and they said 80's for the next few days...heck anything is warmer than I have right here right now, I can't wait to get on that plane in the morning and get off in Orlando at 10:30am....I am counting the minutes.

Again thanks for the info maybe I will add that sweater to the suitcase just incase and thanks for giving me a little chuckle at the same time

I agree with the other, I'm from MN and it gets cold here. They are talking snow showers by Friday. I appreciate the update. However, anything is better than what we have right now. Right now it is a hot 49 degrees at 4pm. This will probably be our high for the day.

Thanks for the info. Will probably bring a jacket anyway.

I can NOT even imagine the temp. mentioned here on this thread - guess it's time for me to find all my blankets, sweats etc - and if you are in shorts and I see ya and it looks like I am scowling - I am just jealous that you can take our "florida" weather and I CAN'T - guess that is what living in Florida all your life does - makes you kinda weakly LOL - thanks for sharing everybody.

PS if you ever stop by the shop and see this old woman all covered up but her eyes -----IT'S ME
