which weather place Pete recommended and thought was the most accurate for the area?

It was in some podcast at some point. I meant to write it down when I got home. :rolleyes1

We're thinking about getting P&P tickets, but it always rains on any day for which I have a hard ticket. So, I'd like to TRY to buy one for a non-rainy day.

I doubt anyone remembers, but thanks for taking the time to read this. :)

I think www. wftv.com is a great location weather station.
Thank you!

I AM writing these down.

Even though I always hope for no rain, I hope you all get some rain. And if it has to ruin a couple days of my vacation it would be a small price to pay.

I just saw Peggy's thread saying they've shut 95 down because fire has "jumped the median". Don't know what that means (fire on both sides of the highway? Middle is on fire?)...but I hope it all gets better soon.

With Burma, China and now this it just seems like natural disaster problems are ruining everything for everyone. Not to compare our problems with theirs, but there is a lot of crap.

They just said on the news that it isn't likely we will get rain in the next two weeks.
