You do realize that forecasts change like every day, right?

The odds of a 10-day forecast staying the same is pretty much next to nothing.

I don't look at 10 day forecasts for just the reason Steve gave.

ourforecast for this weekend calls for rain tomorrow and good weather sunday.

I am so tired of rain.

the meteorologist on t.v. said we're in a stalled weather pattern and we should all blame the jet stream. the newspaper blames conditions over the Atlantic (sort of like El Nino, but giving us lots of moisture) which have prevailed since the beginning of the winter.


frankly I don't care what the reason is. I just want ti to be nice weather for mor e than one day at a time!

Let's see, there is a positive side of this possibly wet weekend coming up 10 days from now. Your lawn will have a better chance of getting lush and green. The farmers will have a good start for their seedlings. You won't have to mow the lawn if it rains.

Actually, they just changed the weathercast for this weekend.
Looks like clouds tomorrow with a chance of rain and night. Sunday morning will be rainy and then it will burn off in the afternoon.

I have to keep close track of national weather for my job.

I want to go geocaching....and all it ever does on our days off is RAIN. Man, enough already!

Staying inside costs me $$$$$ because I end up here....and planning a trip to WDW.

Kath, the farmers on Long Island are in trouble. too much rain actually ruins crops. the strawberry crop is suffering.

rainy weekends are good for shopping and movies and such. Barb, maybe you could take ds to a video arcade -- I know my dd's love it and we don't go often, so they enjoy it when we do go.

I am really tired of this rain too. Today was so beautiful and now rain again tomorrow. Some of my plants are actually doing terrible due to too much rain but the lawn is looking better than ever!

We have had it pretty much nonstop since yesterday morning. BUT, we had just returned from 6 days of WDW where we only encountered rain Wed evening ! So glad it held off for us there. I wonder if they are now getting it like we are here?
I am rather enjoying the rain today, makes for a lazy day.

I hate rain. If I wanted to deal with rain all the time, I'd live in Seattle not NJ. I can find positive in the occasional rainy weekend, but not any more rainy weekends at this point. The farmers are in trouble, the people at the shore are taking a hit, everyone is still getting sick (esp. sinus infections), and it's depressing. It plain old sucks!
