Weather around Thanksgiving time?

I know it can always vary in Florida but how cool does it sometimes get around Thanksgiving? We are thinking about going at this time but we are from the south and we are cool weather wimps. DD and I had to buy a sweatshirt in Epcot one night when it cooled off and it was mid MAY. We had tshirts and shorts on and got cold when the sun went down and the breeze picked up.

We were there Thanksgiving week last year, and it was mostly nice and warm but Thanksgiving night at MGM it got cold..I had a sweater with me, but many were buying sweatshirts for warmth....I suggest you pack in some long sleeve shirts or sweatshirts and a light jacketl along with a pair of jeans or pants. You might not need them but better to have them...

I have been at WDW in late November for the past 2 years. In 2003, it was COLD. During the day I was able to wear a tee-shirt and jeans but at night wore a sweatshirt and fleece jacket (and I'm from Maine where today, for the first time since Christmas vacation, the temperature (and windchill) was over 0* so we could have outside recess.) This past year it was beautiful. I wore shorts and tee shirts during the day and a light sweatshirt at night.

We hit a cold streak at WDW for the Thanksgiving holiday of 2003! It was lovely (sweatshirts) during the day but downright cold at night. I'm guessing 40 since all the boat operators were bundled up with coats, hats and gloves. Not bad for us being from New England but definitely not warm.

Friends of our went the following year and voila-- gorgeous weather and they were at Typhoon Lagoon one day!

You never know... but what the heck, it's Disney!
