Weather and Crowds Question....

How is the weather during the end of September beginning of October? We are going from September 30-October either 5 or 6. Also how are the crowds?

We went the same week last year. The hotel was fully booked due to the free dining plan, but the parks were never overcrowded. I would recommend ponchos, it rained every day at somepoint sometimes on and off and sometimes a couple of hours. But we still managed to go to typhoon lagoon for a day, some time at the hotel pools and we managed to see everything in the parks we wanted to and enjoyed great meals I would definetly do it again!!!!

We went in early to mid-October the last two years. Crowds were bearable, although I would say they were worse last year than the year before. It was pretty dry for us, but HOT - in the 90's, both years.

I agree with winniethepoohsmom. We were there sept 29-oct 6 last year. The restaruants were packed and some nights we had quite a wait to be seated (Chef Mickeys). The parks never felt crowded. We did the am EMH at MK and walked on to everything. The weather was great! If you or anyone in your party is always cold, it will be a bit cool for them in the early am and at night. Have a blast!

I'm a little worried now about the weather. I am deathly afraid of thunderstorms. Should I be concerned? We are driving down and I am worried about the drive there and back from Michigan. We are booked for September 24-29!!! WooHoo!
