weather and crowds mid dec

I probably should have asked this question before I booked but I was wondering what the weather and crowds are like dec 12-20th?

Also I need hotel recomdation in buffalo. I have a flight sat moring out of buffalo but I wanted to stay overnight but I have no idea what is good.

A pool would be nice too.

Congrats on your trip! Last year we went Dec 13-23rd and it was beautiful. A little overcast but perfect weather, not too hot, not to cold. It was perfect tshirt weather, no sweater needed! The last two days we were there it was very chilly, and i was very bundled in my hoodie and it was still pretty nippy.

Crowds in the parks were CRAZY!!! We booked the MVMCP and it was crzy busy and we left early. But the lineups for most rides were usually 10-20 mins, some walkons, maybe a few times had long waits of 1 hour but not too often. We did Expedition Everest 4 times in a row, and on EMH at MK we did Thunder Railroad and Splash Mountain many many many times in a row, walk on!! IT WAS GREAT!!
