But before we go to Florida, I am driving to Sheffield today for a weeks swimming at Ponds forge, we arrive home late next Saturday and then off to the airport on Sunday afternoon for our flight on Monday

Thanks guys, have not had internet connection at the farm we are staying at so could not check, I am now sat at Ponds Forge watching swimming for the next 5 days, one thing is for sure that the heat in here will aclimatise us for Florida. Keep the fingers crossed for DS as he has struggled with swimming this year as has been quite ill, we are hoping that he swims well as he has made the swim team at Loughborough Uni and it would be good for him to have some good times before he arrives there.
