We won prizes in the Year of a Million Dreams :)

On Monday 4/16 we were getting off of Casey Jr Circus Train and the Dream Team was in the exit area handing out vouchers for free 5x7's that the Photo Pass people take. I was there with my 2 friends and we each have a little girl - they were even handing them out to the kids, so really, we got 2 free 5x7's per family.

In October we won those blue and white hats with the silver ears. I didn't see any of those this trip though. Nor did I see the dream fast passes. Are they still giving those out?

Does anyone know what other small prizes they're giving out these days?

A friend of mine's daughter sat down on a bench at Downtown Disney and won a 8 day trip to Disneyland Paris!

We have been to DL at least 10 seperate trips since they started YOMD and never won anything...

I am so happy to hear others are winning though.. I bet our time will come someday! Our last trip two weeks ago we did see lots of fast passes around the necks of guests. but we never saw anyone actually winning..

Congratulations. That's very exciting. We were there for 7 days in Feb and never once saw the dream squad. We saw people with ears, lanyards and fastpasses walking around, but never actually saw them given away. We've won prizes through the the mailing postcards though.

My husband, daughter & I won dream fastpasses last week when exiting Mulholland Madness at around 10:30. They were cool!

We won dream passes at the end of pirates over Easter break. A lot of times you don't see them b/c they are at the exit of a ride......they were in the tunnel. I guess so they don't get ambushed or followed!!!

My husband and I have not won anything at Disneyland. But my husband has been faithfully sending out postcards everyday since they started the "Dream Giveaway". About 3 weeks ago I got a knock at the door. It was mailman with a package for me. I had to sign for it. I was so excited. I opend it up and it was a Million Dreams laynard with two pins on it. I was so excited. I never win anything and to win this was so exciting to me. I have to thank my husband for sending out the postcards...

You can find informatino on the disney website about postcard entries. I have sent in some postcards but haven't won anything (yet). I have more to send in but am concerned. Are postcard rates going up along with first class?

I can't give you any descriptions of the dream squad as we've never seen them at the parks but here's a link for the postcard mail-ins: http://mousepad.mouseplanet.com/showthread.php?t=60858 . Darkbeer gives a great detailed instruction on how to do it. We started in Oct mailing postcarsd daily and took a couple months off during the holidays and began mailing again in Jan. We've won 5 DW ears, 9 DW lanyards & pins and 3 DL lanyards and pins so far.

Lady at the post office said yes. It goes up 2 cents on May 14

We just won Dream Fastpasses to both parks on Wednesday, as we were coming out of Monsters Inc. A real surprise and a huge bonus, time-wise!

Man, as a HUGE Walt Disney fan I can't wait to go to DL and possibly win! Has anyone seen the Mickey Mouse Suite that they are giving out night stays to? Wouldn't that be awesome to win?!

My DH and I went out to DL this weekend. I have never been before. He has taken our DD5 twice now. We were walking from Big Thunder Mountain to Fantasyland and won lanyards with pins. I haven't won anything from DW yet, but I hope too.
