What a magical week we had!
At Magic Kingdom on the first day of visiting the parks, we rode Space Mountain. Loved it so much, we decided to get right back on. As we were pulling in to unload the second time, there was the dream squad, waiting for us. We won dream fastpasses! We were so excited, I actually hugged the dream squad! I told my girls after we won, that they shouldn't expect to win anything else. But, I was wrong.
That night, instead of one carnation on Mother's Day, I was given a whole bouquet at POR. Beautiful white red and pink carnations. Two magical moments in one day -- I couldn't believe it.
Two days later, we won dream fastpasses again in Epcot at the Aquarium.
Then, three days later, we were chosen at Animal Kingdom as the family to walk the crowd from rope drop to the safari ride. We walked right behind Mickey, Goofy and Pluto, and carried the rope. No one could pass us. The CM led us directly through the fast pass line, asked us where we wanted to sit (the back seat, of course) and we got to take the first ride of the day. That safari trip was the only time we found the lions awake.
"Magical" isn't strong enough to describe our week. We went there not expecting to win anything. So, when we won, that made it even more more special.
Oh, and I almost forgot the coolest part. We found Push -- or should I say, he found us? After looking for him all day the first time we were at MK -- we were ready to give up and we literally turned around and almost ran into him! He asked what we were doing, and my dd said, "looking for you!" He said, "looking for me? Well, you found me!" We talked for awhile, and then he escorted us to the nearest CM so we could take our picture with him....he was awesome. Everytime someone put some trash in, he'd say, "thank you" and burp! It was definitely one of our coolest experiences. Who would have thought seeing a trashcan would be so neat?
It was truly, a "trip of a lifetime".
