Our family got 3 magical moments last week.
#1 Animal Kingdom. While we waited at the entrance of Asia to go to Expedition Everest, we were chosen to be First Family on Expedition Everest. Four of us got to ride the ride ALL BY OURSELVES, first ride of the day, and got a FastPass for any ride at the AK.
#2 MGM-Studios. After going through the turnstiles of MGM, we waited for the rest of our family to enter the parks. A CM came up and asked us if we were going to ride Rock n' Rollercoaster. We said yes, and 11 of us were taken through the backstage area to R n R and we got the first ride on it by ourselves.
#3 Blizzard Beach. We were the first family in line and we were chosen Ski Captain family. We got to officially open Summit Plummet with the first slide, we got a special hut called the Ski Captain's hut to set up in for the day, free towels, locker and refillable mug. My daughter got a medal that said Ski Captain and she wore it all day. Every lifeguard said "Hi Ski Captain!" to her. She thought that waas great. We ended up staying there all day.
We saw lots of MMs being awarded. Dream FastPasses have a tab on them for each FastPass ride in the park. (one FP per ride). I saw a couple win a park tour with guide and they went to the front line of every ride. The CM guide picked up free pictures for them on every ride that offered photos.
The key is to be at the parks early, and be one of the first in line. They are giving Magical Moments away early, so you will have all day to enjoy them. Also, it helps to be smiling a lot!
