We Will Be Trying SSR!!

Got the night before our June cruise at SSR today! I booked two studios for us, and I am so excited to try out SSR! I have visited the spa there for their holiday Peppermint Pig Pedicure, and I loved the facilities they have there. So now I will get to try the complete resort out. Just one night, but should be enough for me to decide if I will book an entire vacation there down the road. Any SSR lovers out there?

The spa was beautiful and my girls and I loved those pedicures, but I think I will wait for that till we get on the cruise. But I am so looking forward to trying the main pool there. I saw people poolside enjoying those fruity fru fru drinks that are so much enjoyed on vacation, lol.

I thought the rooms looked elegant when I toured the resort, and I will be happy to try out the studios and let everyone know how it goes!

After adding on yesterday we decided to stay the first part of our trip there as well. We will be in a 1 Bed for 5 nights then make it a 2 Bed for a night when my oldest DS and his girlfriend arrive. We'll be there May 31 - June 5. Can't wait to try it out!

Maybe we'll run into you at the pool!

We bought site-unseen in early Feb. I was in FL visiting family this week and told them I had to stop by and see what I bought! We did a quick tour of the rooms and they are really nice!

The studio seemed smaller than VWL and BCV (there's no comparing OKW), but they are actually only 1 sq. ft. smaller. I think the furniture is so big. The one bedrooms are nice. There are 3 seperate areas for the bathroom, tub, shower and "library". There are a lot of doors that may be confusing at first, but if that's the biggest problem! The GV was awesome! DS (6) wanted to move in! It's over 2100 sq. ft., bigger than my house!

We've stayed there twice (both times in a studio). It is a really beautiful resort (with a great pool) and the DTD location is nice.

I stayed there this past October. We had a studio, immaculately clean. My DD and i slept in the bed and my DH & DS had the sofa bed. They said it was very comfortble. We had a great view of DTD. The spa was fantastic! Try to fit in a massage while you are there! Enjoy!
