We were upgraded to concierge at the Poly!

We checked into the Poly on 10/17 at about 6:00pm. The CM started doing all the check in stuff and stopped suddenly and said, "Oh, I need to find you a room" and left the counter. He was gone for a very very long time and of course I was getting really nervous thinking about everything I had read on here about the Poly being overbooked for certain time periods, but when he came back he had a big smile on his face and said that we had been upgraded. I assumed he meant that we would be getting a lagoon view instead of the garden view that we had booked so I excitedly asked what building we would be getting and when he replied Hawaii I about fell over!! I just kept saying "no way" and he kept saying "way", this must have went on for 10 minutes and it was so funny!! We were in room 3528 overlooking the quiet pool which was nice. The offerings at the lounge were awesome!!

What a great way to start our vacation. We were at the Poly for 4 nights and then went to Carribbean Beach for 4 nights. We were so spoiled at the Poly that we almost hated CBR when we got there.

that is wonderful,
and you learned an important lesson...never start your trip at the deluxe!!! stay at the moderate a few days and then end your trip at the deluxe!!!!!!!!!
