Omg is all i can say about the whole thing..I wish i had won it ,but i am sooooooooooooo glad to hear a report and that someone on here got it.... cant wait to see the rest of the pics...Did the dream team follow you everywhere you went that evening???? The glass slipper is soooo cool....Its a shame cinderella didnt tuck your dds in for the night lol...I guess a night in her castle was awesome enough...Thanks for sharing

I would have absolutely changed my flight and done whatever it took to accept. We were chosen because the computer spit out 10:10 am at Goofy's Barnstormer, front car, load side and that is where I was sitting.

Just think, if you wouldn't have let that other family in ahead of you while you were waiting for your older daughter, you would have missed it!
That other family would have won!

WOW thank you SO much for sharing. I'm very pleased to see the winning is truly random. I've read another post where a child was selected off of the Soarin ride in EPCOT and his family got to stay in the suite. We'll be there in June so there's always hope You are one lucky family

wow...what an incredible story we were just at wdw from 01-30 and left wdw on 02-04 to go on the cruise... I wish we could have seen you guys win!!! we met 2 dream team members ...but they weren't giving anything away...darn it! They were very friendly and awesome to talk to. Glad to hear it is so random and of coarse especially glad someone from the DIS won. It is so special that someone that really appreciated it won. We saw people that won dream fast passes that were clueless Thanks so much for sharing your story and pictures. I would still be so excited...I still wouldn't be sleeping but 15 minutes at a time I agree the P&P party was awesome. Here is a pix I got during the fireworks

Thanks for your post. And again thank you to everyone for all the nice things you have said about us and our daughters.

That is an INCREDIBLE picture!!!!! Just awesome timing on the shot. I have trouble getting decent fireworks shots, but our 14 year old gets some great ones.

I did finally crash today after all the nights of little sleep. I napped for nearly 4 hours this afternoon. I guess the adrenalin finally shut off. The day after our night in the castle, our little one was so tired after her night at the castle and a partial day at Magic Kingdom that she was crying on the boat we took back to the Floridian to get our car. We were getting those looks from people like we were mean parents. On the dock the captain tried to cheer her up so I told him she was tired from her "Castle Experience," partly because I knew the CMs were excited to meet people who won the castle stay and partly because I didn't want him to think we are mean parents. After we walked off he went back on the boat and told all the passengers who we are. Its, funny how no matter how phenominal the experience we had, I still cared whether or not people thought I was a good mother. I sense from all the photos I see on the different "signatures" (I think thats what they are called--my husband is the one who always posts on different boards) that there are a lot of devoted parents who love sharing Disney with thier kids. My greatest pleasure from this whole experience was watching the joy my daughters got from the whole thing. The day before this happened I was just thrilled that Balou shook our little one's hand at the Animal Kingdom parade because she got such a thrill from it. I wish that everyone could experience what we did. Part of what makes Disney so great for so many people is how they go out of their way to make everyone feel special. I know that it is important to Disney that they do that. On a daily basis the Dream Squad tries to get out there and interact with the guests even if they don't have the option to give that person a prize at that moment.
