Disney is so good for that. My 11 yo DD doesn't get nearly the attention she used to get, but at Disney, she's still a princess.

As luck would have it, my husband finally bought a video camera for this trip. We are in our mid and late 30's and have never owned one. I have never been happier about a decision...well except for all the crazy ones that led to us being where we were when we won. (Yikes--that is like a tongue twister) He was actually taping while we walked down the exit with the Dream Squad. I have to eat my words since I was the one who said we will never watch those movies. He is a bit sad because he thought he turned on the camera when they were with Captain Jack but apparently he didn't. We just got a lot of sideways shots of them leaving the room when he thought he was turning it off. Those "camera hanging from the lanyard" shots, you know.

Did we look like total dorks? It is a bit unnerving getting all that attention. Was it in the parade? I am so glad they put Daisy in the car with us or I am pretty sure no one would have waved at us. My husband taped what he saw going down the parade route and his side of the car (no Daisy) didn't get as many waves as mine. I'm just glad I had the chance to put on some makeup when I went to pack my bag. I know why beauty pagent contestants put the Vaseline on their lips. Mine were sticking from all the smiling.

How wonderful for you and your family! I can only imagine how heavenly that would be. I want to know what happens when the park closes...did you look out the windows? Did you see workers or was it quiet? Sitting on the edge of my seat waiting for the pictures!
