We sold it and it's not even on the market yet!! The realtor insisted on showing it to this guy even though we were in the middle of painting and fixing up ALOT of stuff 
and he bought it "as is"! It's lower than we wanted, but no open houses, no running around picking up toys and hiding the dogs for last minute showings, no waiting for months (possibly) for another buyer! My dh is already 1200 miles away and we can join him so quickly this way! Cool!

I bought my home last month before it hit the market. Gave the lady her asking price. My realtor said they are going for more than what's asked! My home in FL sold the first day to the first one to see it. The market is something else.
