We saw Space Mountain with the lights on!!

During our trip (on points) to the Contemporary. I know many think points at other resorts is a waste, and it was "expensive," but it's so easy to just use the points instead of trying to rent them out for cash. It was great for a short trip for just Mom and 2 boys.

We did see Space Mountain with the lights on while riding the WWPM right before the MMVCP on Dec. 15. We were oohing and aahing and they were turned off as we were close to exiting SM.

I did visit other WDW resorts while there, and the one we're trying next is OKW. It's so pretty! I'm looking forward to a little more space and the freedom to park my car right by the front door.

We too saw this during our Mardi Gras trip 2002. It helped with one of the kids (9yrs) who was a little scared until he got a good look.

Hope you enjoy OKW, we do. But like to try all the DVC resorts because each has something special.
