We were at MK last Monday and it was just about as magical as you could get. All I needed was my magic wand (which I left at home) to adjust the temperature about 10 degrees cooler.

We were there before opening. I did not expect the song and dance routine that Mickey and all the other characters did as a prelude to park opening. It puts you in the Disney-fied mood!!

DD participated in the rope drop leading into Liberty Square. Then we went to Tink's Treasures where she got to wake up Tink. What a magical time! My DD3 loved watching Tink fly around the room.

My big hope for the trip was Mickey's PhilharMagic would take a test run while we were there. AND IT DID!!!! We really really enjoyed it. My girls do not like the creepy 3&4D shows where bugs and animals make them feel threatened. They did like this one. It was pure entertainment in a cool theater. What more can you ask for?

It's been a while since I've been and don't do many shops. Please explain where Tink's Treasures is and how you were able to do this. My DD loves tink. What actually flys around? Thanks.

Tink's Treasures is located at MK. After passing through Cinderella's castle, as you enter Fantasy Land, Tink's Treasures is on the left. It's a store for all the little princesses. The first child to come in the store each morning is asked (or can ask) to wake up Tinker Bell. There's a small treasure chest on a shelf behind the cash register. A "magic wand" is given to the child. They tap on the chest and repeat three times "Wake up Tink". Then Tink begins her flight around the store. You see her trail of lights as she flies and you can hear her jingle. The child gets a certificate to take home. Give it a try, it's a lot of fun.

For review, looking forward to seeing on our December trip.:wave2: ::MickeyMo :yo-yo:

Congratulations on seeing it! We tried to on both 9/25 & 9/26 but they were having some technical difficulties so a no go for us! Glad to hear it is up and running again.

Yes, I got to see it that same Monday. It seemed meant to be - I was wandering through Fantasyland on my way out of the park when I noticed that they were previewing and just as I entered they began seating for the show.

It's a breathtaking spectacle which is a true asset to the park. It had me giggling, gasping and singing along.

I'm still puzzled why it's called Mickey's Philharmagic though... but I won't give anything away! ;)
