I was particularly bummed about not winning in the AP lottery for a preview of Nemo, but went to DL as planned on Thursday with the girls and my mom (DH couldn't take off work). We were walking by Nemo after watching the gulls in the lagoon, and my 4 year old DD says "Mommy, I really wish I could ride Nemo now" So I start explaining to her that maybe next week we will come back and try and get here early to ride when it's open for everyone... a CM comes up and says hi to her- asks her How badly do you want to ride Nemo today? She holds her hands apart a little, and then all the way, indicating DD should tell her how much. So, my DD jumps up and down while waving her arms around saying I really really really want to,but my mommy said I can't today. The CM then says, well since you seem to be such a sweet little girl, how would you and your mommy like to ride it today? The biggest grin ever came on her face (OK, mine, too!) and she proceeded to give us a ticket to preview the ride!!  :yay: :yay: :cool1: I grabbed my mom and 2 yo DD and we went straight into (a very short!) line. I don't know who was more giddy- me or dd!! (or Grandma!)

In short- it's AMAZING!!!! My girls absolutely loved it and were thrilled with every detail of being in the sub, under water, and seeing everything there is to see!

Definitely worth a wait in line!!!

That's awesome! I've been reading on another board that they have been letting AP's on without special preview tickets. I'm so glad your family got to experience it! :thumbsup2

Sounds like you had a boatload of fun, really looking foward to riding Nemo in a week and a half!!!!:cool1:

and people say When Dream Comes True promotion is a failure...

I said GOOD DAY!

Man that sounds awesome :) Only 1 month for me.

That is great, I can't wait to ride it in a couple of weeks! How lucky for you and your daughter (and mom), I am actually not surprised at all, the cm's at DL really go out of their way to make everybody's day wonderful. Even before they started granting dreams officially, my experience was that they always tried their best to do so!

What a sweet story. :cloud9: That makes me want to be a CM so I can make someone as happy as you and your daughter were. Thanks for sharing.

That is so cool!! I think I need to head over to the park in the next few days, I can't believe it has been almost two months since I have been in the park

I am so excited that they were so nice to you guys and you got to see the ride and tell us how good it is, I have great memories of that ride. Yippee!

That is awesome KelsiesMommy :thumbsup2 I love it when CM do the little things like that to make something so special. We will be there in about a month and a half. Hopefully it will be an EE ride so we won;t have to stand in line all that long, lol.
