We passed ROFR on BCV!!!!

As an FYI, Disney waived their ROFR on our BCV contract!!!!

We sent in our paperwork and deposit on 2/12 so it barely took 2 weeks from that time to Disney's decision.

It's thrilling but a little sad that now we need to wait for even more paperwork.



We can't wait to make our first reservations!

We got 105 points for $74/pt.

March Use Year.

16 pts. for 2004 and 65 Banked Points from 2003.

All pts from 2005 on

We are absolutely THRILLED.......

Oh, how exciting! We are working with the Timeshare Store for a 150pt buy at BCV. It has a Feb use year. There were 10 pts from a last year, all of the 2004 points are available, and nothing is borrowed from 2005.

They sent the paperwork to Disney on Monday, 2/23. I am crossing my fingers !

I'm so glad that the contract went thru--we haven't heard anything from our end of the transaction (sellers). Tomorrow we are submitting the ROFR on our daughter's contract, which is being transferred to us. Nice to know that this process only took two weeks.
