We officially decided to sell

We have been talking about selling after our March 2011 trip for about the last 6 months, and now with the changes that are going to take effect on March 20th, we're going to roll the dice. If it sells before then, great! If it doesn't, that's o.k too!

We figure we'll list it and see what happens. Thanks to all for the great advice!

The fact that you have a trip scheduled in March should not affect the likelihood of a sale at all. The end of March is six weeks away, and if someone bought today it's unlikely the closing would occur much before the end of March.

For the retention of FULL benefits of the account, a sale does not have to close prior to March 20, it simply has to be agreed to and submitted to Disney for ROFR review by March 20.
