I ff'd thru so much of it I didn't notice. I also expected them to tell who the next Bachelor is.

If I remember right, a few times the next Bachelor/ette has been the second choice from this season (for example, wasn't Melissa a second choice?). So sometimes, they kind of have to wait until the ATFR episode to announce who that is.

Actually, rumor has it they are now considering (wait for it) Arie (from Emily's season...the womanizing race car driver) as the next Bachelor. Ewwwww. Ewwwww. Ewwww. He is creepy and like Juan PabLOW except he speaks (marginally) better English. (Note: this information comes from a notoriously accurate spoiler site so be careful if you google it....what I've written is NOT a spoiler of this season's ending).

Apparently, they are considering both Chris and Arie, and stringing them both along. I hope they pick Chris...of course, I'd probably end up hating him. On second thought, go with Arie. I'll hate him right from the start.

They rarely pick the number 2 as the next lead....the one exception I can think of was Ben, who was the second place to JP on Ashley's season. So, I don't think we have to worry about either Josh or Nick at this point.
