We need a Bachelorette thread!

I don't like when guys wear scarves and it's not with a ski jacket and 20 degree weather. It seems like such a metro-sexual affectation to me.

And I like that look! I tried to get my son to wear one last winter and he gave me the :scared: look... I guess the metrosexual thing is something that escaped me! :lmao:

This guy is smothering her on this date. Awkward! And now she is crying....double awkward.

He PUSHED himself at her. It was almost stalkerish energy. He had these feelings that he was telling her SHE would have for him. But, it was all in his head. :scared:

She can't even walk in that black dress.

Josh always gives me the feeling he's in pro-baseball mode. He's on the field strategizing how to win this game to get Andi.

Okay, I am seriously laughing out loud at "have you ever fought in the public?" question at the very end. :rotfl2:

With the guy's accent, it sounded like he was asking something other than "fought." :rolleyes1

And she WANTS to be apart of the negotiation! I think she's into him the deepest. :flower3:

I seriously do not see Andi with any bow tie men. That's so Beta Male, and she doesn't want someone she can steamroller over. She wants someone that the attorney in her can give her a good fight for a while before giving in to letting her have her way, (she is aggresively Alpha Female,) but not feeling emasculated at the same time.

Yes, this is what I mean above.

I just turned the channel (forgot that the show was on) and saw that last piece with the fought/fart part and am laughing so much at that...

I had a similar conversation with a friend's mom who has a very thick New England accent and we were taking about having to put your pet down and when you know the time is right. She said that she had been given a sign and that her beloved greyhound "fought it" but I of course being from New York heard it with a strong city accent as "farted" so I started laughing and she looked at me like I was crazy.. After a minute or two I realized my mistake and apologized, we laugh about that to this day whenever we are walking our dogs.

She has to be the most BORING Bachelorette EVER. :headache: It's become very obvious as to WHY she hasn't been able to get a guy before the show. She doesn't have "normal" conversations. Does she know how to do anything else besides interrogate men? :confused3

100% agree. I didn't like her last season either.
When she was reaming out Juan Pablo, all I could think was how lucky he was to see that side of her and be rid of her.

What about the guy who said he doesn't wash his hands after he goes to the bathroom. :crazy2: Eww! If ever there was a time to lie, especially on national TV, THAT would be the time. :scared:

I thought it didn't bother me too much. I think I read somewhere that... I'm gonna say 50%? (don't remember for sure, but it was a fair bit) don't always wash, after.
But afterwards, I was screaming in my head, "DON'T SHAKE HIS HAND! DON'T SHAKE HIS HAND!"

And the whole lie detector thing?
I have two daughters. One 13, the other 17. I gave them both the same advice:
"If you're ever with someone who wants to give you a lie detector test... Run!"

I thought it was another word that starts with "f" altogether! Jut shows where my mind is ... :scared:.

I'm glad that both Cody and JJ went home as they seemed to be generating the most drama in the group. The next drama-king is Josh but she likes him too much to get rid of him.

Nick drives me nuts and I don't think he's attractive at all. And at the pre-rose cocktail party when he took Andi right away, and she was all "that's a man right there".....puhleeeease! Give me a break. He is not a man.

Maybe it's just me, but I just don't see Andi having a real connection with any of the guys. She might say she does, or say things to make it appear that way, but I don't really see it....

I've always thought it was extra jerky when a person with a rose grabs the bachelor/ette right away at the cocktail party.

I agree with all of you.

It's interesting that as the season goes on we hear less of her affected southern accent y'all.

I do have to say that she has far better clothes than the last few Bachelorettes. Ashley and Ali in particular looked like they had no one help them choose their wardrobe. Andi clearly has a much better fashion sense. I loved the black and gold mermaid-style gown she wore.

I don't dislike Andi, but the whole lie detector thing was a bad idea. Something tells me the producers are trying to manufacture some drama because there really is very little this season and no clear cut villain.

There is something about Nick that rubs me the wrong way, and I see no chemistry between him and Andi. Her words about him do not match her actions. Although we have seen nothing too heinous, he must be doing something to make all the guys dislike him so.

I hope she chooses Brian or Marcus. They seem the most normal and down to earth. I want to know what the "Former Pro Baseball Player" does NOW. They've never said.
