We made it into the system, but where did our points go?

Is it anyone else's experience that you are "in the system", but your points haven't quite made the trip yet? If we're in as of today, when will our points likely arrive?

I've heard that getting into the system is a 2-step process and the points go in in the 2nd step. Often the two steps occur on different days. If your points are not in there by Friday afternoon, give MS a call.

Found our points, they were there the next day. I guess you're "in the system" one day, with points available the next.
