Well we are back from our trip and one of the highlights was eating at WCT. We didn't have PS reservations but they didn't look busy at all so we asked and they seated us right away. We chose the patio. It was so nice and cool under the umbrellas. Such a nice quiet getaway from the park noise and lines.

DH and I shared the lasagna rustica, he ordered a salad and then we shared the Tiramisu for dessert. The breadstics and specialty butter were awesome! Everything was wonderful! The kids ordered grilled cheese sandwiches.

The High School Musical parade came by as we were sitting there and the kids thought it was the best thing ever.

This is on our must do list from now on! Just thought I'd share a quick review of this.

I love the food there, too. The salads are my favorite thing (with a glass of white wine or champagne!). The breadsticks are awesome, and one day I will remember to ask for the recipe for the spread - I think it is whipped cream cheese and tomato (with pimento?). I love that stuff! If anyone gets the recipe, would you PM me or post it???

My new favorite drink there is the raspberry sparkle, which is raspberry liquer and champagne. It was just like what the "France" booth served at F&W the last couple of years. Ummm, yummy!

Thanks for the review. We have never been and are making PS for our lunch on Halloween day. I have heard several good reviews, so thanks again for adding to it!!:thumbsup2

Its the best deal at the DLR. Its less expensive to eat there than some counter service restaurants and the food cannot compare.

Its a definite not to be missed.

We love WCT! It's one of our favorite places to eat at the resort! I will be having dinner there on 6/27/08!!! YUM!

I will agree that this place rocks! Last weekend, I went to a mini Dis meet there. I had the Vegetable Lasagna. It was really good! DD had the kid's perfecto pasta. She loved it! It was not a bad deal either! The prices were very reasonable.

OP, when you said that the HSM parade going through was good, I giggled. That is the ONE thing at DLR that really makes me twitch, and not in a good way! :rotfl:

And the only thing about their menu that makes me cringe is that a Blue Moon beer costs as much as a 6-pack of it at a grocery store. :lmao:

Loved their Caprese Sandwich, and their side salads (well, all of DL and DCA's side salads really) are very good and a great value!

salads sure have come a long way..some times i wonder if i started eatting more salads with meat or fruit in them maybe id start to like them. even if i dont like the tomatos.

I'm going to have to check that place out. I mistakenly assumed that DLR table service prices were comparable to the WDW table service prices, and I can see that some of those prices aren't much higher than DLR counter service except I can wait for my food while sitting down instead of standing up. That's a fair trade off I think.
