I am glad to see this thrown out of court.

I was noticing a Tigger last weekend which confirmed my suspicions of the video tape.
In the tape, Tigger's head is way up in the back.

Yay for Tigger! It would be great if the family was sued or counter sued. But I don't see that happening. But I can dream.....

Even insurance companies are QUICK to settle, whether it be right or wrong.
