Is there a time limit after I pay the deposit that they are supposed to go by?

Check out your contract - mine allowed for 10 days between offer and all parties signing; after that, the offer would have been deemed withdrawn and my deposit would have been returned.

I signed the paper work and sent deposit over on 6/4/23.

On Monday, broker said buy would send back their signed docs and then it would be sent to ROFR-and I would get an email.

I am not a patient person and I knew the waiting once it got sent to ROFR would be tough but the waiting for it to be sent is not great either lol.

Not really but once they have both seller and buyer contracts signed, they will send asap. But, the 10 day period allows you to cancel if not signed by seller.
