Hi

I would like to say a MASSIVE thank-you to the DIS DCL boards - without your help it would have been much more difficult planning our cruise.

We have chosen:

A 3 Night Bahamian Disney Cruise (Disney Wonder) on March 25th *2004*.

The only room (according to the website) that was available was a deluxe family state room with verandah - so we have had to splash out a little bit. Now we have the worst part: The waiting!

Before the cruise we are staying:
5 Nights: Boardwalk Inn Concierge
4 Nights: Grand Floridian Sugar Loaf
2 Nights: HRH Std Room

Thanks Again everyone,

The Very Happy Richard and his very Happy Family. :) :) :) :) :)

I doubt if that was the only room available that far in advance. How many were in your party? If there are 5 people then that would be the reason for only having this category available.

I imagine that you booked directly thru the DCL website? Are you aware that you can switch you ressie to Dreams Unlimited and possibly reap a better rate and sometimes even a rebate?

:D

I CAN SYMPATHIZE WITH YOU!!!

We too have a nice long wait until our first Disney land/sea cruise...but I beat you with the waiting game. We go on 4/26/2004!

I cannot wait, nor can my 2 DD's. We were suppose to go for Halloween '03 but pushed it back because we went to Disney during the same time this year and wanted to wait alittle while longer to go again. So we are now going to celebrate my DD's 10th birthday the last night of our cruise and she has no idea yet! She only knows that we changed our dates but doesn't know when changed them to. DH wants to wait until after her next birthday to tell her so she doesn't wish this one away for the next.

Hope you are better at waiting then I am. BTW we also used Dreams and I'm very pleased with all that Michelle has done for us. She was very quick to respond to my questions with changing our dates and getting it done. It doesn't hurt to get a price from them, we have both a $100 rebate and onboard credit with them. Might want to check them out, I believe they are still running the same program.

I'm also going to try to stay onsite at Universal for 2 nights prior to our stay at the Poly. Thinking of the Hard Rock also, are you booked there already? I was gonna try to wait until the spring, hate to have to give them the nights deposit that far ahead.
