We know that it was not the norm for CM as we ate there at least 7 times before and loved the food, character interaction, service, etc.
On 2/6 we had a ADR for 7:15 am and were seated by 7:20. There were 6 of us, including 2 little girls and my autistic 17 yo son.
The food was cold even the food that was just set out as we passed them doing so. Eggs, French Toast, potatoes, etc. The server seemed hurried and only asked us what we wanted to drink, gave it to us, picked up plates only once and they were getting quite piled with 6 of us at a table, and gave us our bill. The characters just came by, signed autographs for the 2 little girls and didn't stop to take a picture with my son even though he was standing there and they turned around and faced him and continued turning to the next table. They did interact with toddlers seated next to us.
If this was our first time there we would not go back. Crystal Palace was so much better in all above catagories.
Who can we contact to give our opinion at CM's that would actually care?
