I know this doesn't sound all that exciting....but I felt pretty excited when I noticed it.

They have us down for a cat.11, but when I looked at our room # in the passporter book it says we are a cat. 10.

The room # is 2073

My only complaints about the room is: All the way down on 2nd floor (far away from everything) and it is an adjoining room (which I heard you can hear the people in the next room)

But other than that it seems like it has more storage space then the 11 room and the split bathrooms.

Has anyone stayed in this room??? (I know long shot )

You are mistaken about Deck 2 being away from everything...just the opposite...it is so close to the atrium where a lot takes place like photos, character signings and is also very close to restaurants, clubs, guest service, shore excursion desk, shops, theatre. It also a breeze when you are in port for getting on and off the ship. You will see how convenient it really is!!

Deck 2 and Deck 1 have become my new favorite decks!!!

My DW & DD + DS stayed in 2077 on our first cruise and liked it so well that we booked the same room for on next cruise in June 2003

Deck 2 is our favorite too! It's so easy to get to everything (especially off the ship at Castaway Cay :p ).

Congrats on the upgrade!!

Thanks, I feel much better about the location now. I just got a little worried when I 1st looked a the the ships layout. But Now I see what you all are saying.

Thanks Again,

we were in the ajoining room 2071 on our cruise 2 wks. ago. It was very quiet overhead, but when our "neighbors" would come into their room it was like they were in the same room with us. This would only last for a few minutes - we'd hear the excited conversation of young kids and then everything would quiet down. We never really heard a peep from them at any other time. We'd only hear them in the late afternoon when I imagine they were coming in to get ready for dinner and once in awhile when they returned for the night. Not bad at all. Room was fine but it did get a funky smell the last night. We just poured a couple glasses of water into the little floor drain in the 1st bathroom and the smell disappeared quickly. I would take this room again in a heartbeat. It' not too far from the elevator and the room host, Ida, was good.
