Settlement is in 6 weeks, YIKES!!!!! December 31st!


So, now, I have to think about the holidays and packing at the same time!


I'm just a little stressed about that, but the deal was good, the price was right, its only a little more than our rent (by a $100), and we get the tax advantage....

As for a pic, we only have one and its on the realtor sheet, we forgot to take our cheapie digital camera...

Its a white, Cape Cod style house with a corner lot, one medium sized tree on the front lot... and two smaller ones in the back... Ample driveway, shed... fenced in yard!
