All these years that we've been going we've never had the opportunity to go on the trolley . . .well, it so happened that the trolley was empty and was looking for guests so we went up top and I snapped some photos . . .

What fun! Do you know, I've been visiting the Mouse since 1973 (GOSH I'm old), and I've never once ridden the trolley! Where does it load? Does it run all day? I'm embarassed not to know!

The trolley loaded in front of the train station and it dropped us off at the entrance of Liberty Square in that circle by the castle . . .

I've never ridden it either? Are you supposed to tip the driver or anything like that?? I'm usually so giddy I forget about those things when I'm there...so I need to know ahead of time.

I think we might have rode one of the Main St. vehicles on my trip as a child, but don't remember. I know that in all my trips as an adult, I've never done this. I have to try & do this on my upcoming trip.

Main Street transportation is fun.. there is the trolley, the double decker bus, the red fire truck, and hmm am I missing something?

DD particulary likes the trolley as she loves the horses...

Isn't it funny how you can walk past these things so many times over so many trips and completely ignore them. We stopped to take our first ride down Main Street at Disneyland in June and loved it. Over the course of our vacation there I think we got on 4 of the vehicles they have.

On our trip to WDW a few weeks ago the first thing DS said to me when we got through the gates was "can we ride down Main Street?" Looks like it's becoming a tradition for my family.

So, if I send her to the front of the Main Street Train Station she will get on there? Or is that for just the trolley?

Just bumping this question up...I'd like to know to (because her mother is my mother and she's going to be bugging the heck out of us in 14 days is we don't have an answer, and frankly I'd like to avoid that).

The trolley and the bus are boarded both in front of the train station in Town Square and in the Hub by the Castle. I rode the double decker bus for the first time, last Dec, or maybe in May. It was neat, a bit of a different perspective from 'up there'.

I'll have to do that when we go next April. I've been there eight times and never have road the trolly!
