What a ride this morning. Logged in @ 5:30. Started getting messages about couldn’t search, link my reservation blah blah blah. Then it all froze. Disney Nation was online and the system was not happy!!!! It was 6:05 suddenly it started showing times. And BOOM everyone was on trying to get tickets. We have a party of 6 and it immediately came up for 6:15 category 2. No thanks. 4:00 pm category 3 PASS. At 6:25 after refreshing for maybe 2 million times and working the phone and the computer, switching dates and times like a time traveler, an 8:30 popped up, category 1 for June 24th. Yes please. Going to be a great time.

I guess there were that many people on, I didn’t see any time slots for 25 minutes.

I just booked my bday in July. 4pm for cat 1. I would have rather had cat 2 or 3 because we don't want to be part of the show at all (maybe they won't do that with it still being covid times).

I was up at 5:15 and started trying for June 29th at 5:45 am. At 6:15, I had to leave for work. In my traveling, it must have opened. I hopped on my computer at 6:45 am and could only get 4 pm (party of 10) Cat 2. I knew I couldn't be picky, so I just went with it. We wanted 6:15 pm cat 1 that day, but a reservation for that day with that number of people, we were lucky to get it. We are rolling with it!

Got up at 6:01am and panicked! I kept getting the error message that the system was unable to search; rarely did I get a “sorry, no reservations available for this time”. I am going June 14th - June 25th so I was looking for the first show on the 23rd. I was about to give up. Then at 6:23am I got a 4:00pm availability. Only category one was available but that’s what I wanted. It did take a long time to get through the reservation process…but I finally got a confirmation number. I’m so excited to see the first show. Good luck to everyone; from my experience, keep refreshing…we all know how Disney tech works.

Got Cat 1 for 13 people for July 24 at 6:15. Had to refresh until about 6:30 to get any availability to come up - they were definitely having issues!

I agree they might not have audience participation now, but even before, if someone declined to participate, they didn’t push them. They just moved on and asked someone else. Many years ago DH, DD and I sat in the very front row, next to the piano player, and didn’t get an offer, although they did give DD a washboard to play at her seat.

I was sitting in the front by the stage with my husband and kids several years ago. I was asked to go on stage and participate. I declined. He was very polite about it and asked another woman a table to 2 over.
