We got dreamed and interviewed by Samantha Brown the same day!

On our recent trip to WDW we were at DHS the morning of Jan 28 and upon entering Walt's One Mans Dream we won Mickey Ears! My DD was thrilled to finally get dreamed (we had been to DLR 5 times in 07 and never dreamed).

So that same afternoon, we were walking down Main St in MK and we noticed a camera crew and DD shouted " Mommy its Samantha Brown" we love the Travel channel and is one of DD's favs. We stopped to watch her interview an older couple and happend to be standing next to one of her production crew members who asked if we wanted to be interviewed. Of course we said yes, DD was thrilled. We did a short interview on what our fav part of WDW was, got a few pictures and signed the waiver for a possible appearance on the show.

Samantha was very friendly and sweet, especially to DD. We are waiting to hear if we "make the cut" or will be on the "cutting room floor".

That is so wonderful!!! We watch Samantha Brown all the time (even my 5 adn 7 yr old). I heard that she did a thing on the Beach Club. Does anyone know what the name of the program was called and where I can get a copy??

We also got Dream ears and a chance meeting with Samantha Brown the morning of Saturday, Jan 26th at DHS.

DH, DD2 and I went over to TOT with our FP after having breakfast at Starring Rolls. As I was walking up to the gate a filmcrew was coming out, I didn't think too much about it and continued onto the ride....only to see in the lobby the Dream Team staging for one of the rooms.....sadly I was sent to the other preshow room. No Dream for me. Anyway had a wickedly good ride sequence and then went to find DH and DD outside in the courtyard. DH tells me to sit down and look at the pics on the camera. As I flit through, it is Samantha Brown in action pics......Argh the film crew was for her......and I missed it. But now the stars realign themselves.....A very nice lady comes over to my DD and gives her a set of the Dream ears the DT was passing out in TOT because she was cute and well behaved and the lady did not want them. I was crying as I thanked her...... so next we start walking down the street and lone and behold Samantha is filming again. We ask for permission and are able to have pics with Ms. Brown and she autographs DD's book.

Good times, good times......and only at WDW!!!

PS my DH was tickled about this. Everytime I would watch one of my recorded Disney Travel Channel shows he would tease me and say "You know we are going on vacation to WDW with Samantha Brown." Now I won't live this one down......
