I hope it all works out! Free dining?
We’ll we’ve got some things booked, but I’m still wary that something may force us to cancel again…
Right now though we’re booked in late September on a deal that gives us 5 days’ worth of Hoppers, 4 nights at CBR and includes dinning. We’re planning to do the Cali-Grill one evening but the other two TS venues are still in flux. We’ve got some other plans to stretch the trip out a bit more but nothing is absolutely final yet.
“He can be taught!”
(to quote one of the better characters)
I may be dumb, but I'm not stupid.
“All too easy…”
(to quote a different franchise)
But I’ll let someone else take a swing at that one.
It just wouldn’t be sporting.
Hopefully I will still have the time to do a TR. We'll see.
I do hope so, because your stories are a lot of fun to follow.
But I also very clearly understand how new job responsibilities can and will interfere with spare time.
You wouldn’t be the first of the TR writers I’ve followed who had to dial it back or call it quits all together for similar reasons.
By the way, congrats on the new responsibilities… officially.
May the changes be the new adventure that you most need.
Imagine 10 more minutes of that!
Sounds wonderful!
The bad jokes are one of my favorite aspects of any MK visit.
No kidding. Fed told me if you even sneeze in the MK, Disney knows all about it.
Well, Fed also knows everything so I do believe that I’ll take his word for it here.
Quite a strong reaction there. It's not like it's a vegetable.
Yeah, I’m odd that way (as well as many, many other ways, but let’s stick to this one for now)…
There is a flavor aspect of egg whites that makes me quite nauseous. Thorough mixing in of the yolks completely removes all vestiges of it (through some chemical reaction I’m sure), but without the yolk the only thing that makes the whites stomachable is cataclysmic amount of black pepper. Sugar isn’t as effective so meringue and similar confections are often quite inedible. For that matter a poorly beaten egg-wash will also ruin French Toast, and Christo type sandwiches as random bites can be overwhelmed by the egg whites. As such, I tend to shy away from even those type dishes unless I really trust the chef.
Blech!

I did that too!
How about building a model plane... and then dousing it in gasoline and setting it on fire?
Guilty as charged.
Firecrackers and gasoline make for an entertaining combination as well.
Full-size? Wouldn't you be able to walk inside it if it was full size?
You could if you were a CM.
At least when I encountered the annual GF Gingerbread house, it was designed to double as a kiosk from which Disney CMs were selling gingerbread and other confections to guests out the back door.
