But, we don't care. Just got back Saturday night from a 6 night stay at the CR Atrium club.

The bad - EWR was operating Sunday with one runway for takeoffs and landings so we took off 45 minutes late (so we were airborne at 8:00 a.m.). Not Conitinentals fault, not Disney's fault, but we were late. Got to the CR at about noonish, and there were not Atrium Club connecting rooms available, oh well at least we're next to each other. Thursday the crowds started and Saturday the MK was more crowded than it was last August when we were there. On Friday morning there was a family that had to wait for 45 minutes for a bus to the CR, I only waited 10 for the same bus. Lousy weather.

The good - We got MK view rooms (request only in Atrium Club for 2008). Lines were short throughout the parks Sunday - Wednesday. Best meals of the week were at Tutto Itatliano and Le Cellier, both meals were exceptionally good. Longest wait for a bus was 20 minutes to DHS on Monday. TSM had a 30 minute wait Fast Pass was 5 p.m. so we waited, I'm glad we did it, we enjoyed it but it wasn't worth the long waits we saw Thursday (90 minutes). Typhoon Lagoon was great, weather held out for us, but I saw the clouds and told DS let's go. By the time we got out it started teeming rain when we got to the traffic light at the exit of the park, we were on the bus already. RAC is the BEST if you're eligble to use it USE IT!!!

Observances - Saw two Brazilian tour groups, they were no worse behaved than some others. The quick service restaurant in the CR should be done/open (by my observance, not anyone's word) by the end of the month. The seating area, the registers and the ordering screens are in, it looks like they're putting the finishing touches on the kitchen area. Anyone who misuses a fastpass should be sent to the longest standby line on property and made to wait there. We saw people trying to sell their fastpasses. The stage in front of the American Adventure ruins the view across World Showcase lagoon. If you have a reservation at a restaurant, and you have to wait, deal with it. We were trying to check into the Crystal Palace and this woman walks up to the "window" to check in or whatever and the Castmember told her to please wait in line, the "guest" says "I have a reservation." And I said "so do we, wait your turn" I was about to add more, but my DW elbowed me at that point so I stopped.

Moral - we had a great time, I spent too much money (but still within budget), and we'll go back in two years (sooner if I can talk my DW into it).
