The tax refund was burning a hole in my pocket. We agreed not to add-on for a couple more years several times, but something about this week made it different. Spring is in the air I guess.

We did a 50 point add-on at Boardwalk Villas. We already owned at BLT and as a result are spoiled rotten with the ability to walk to MK. So we wanted another resort that would let us walk to the parks. We will eventually do split stays at BWV and BLT. We're also hoping to take advantage of the "night life" when the kids are a little older.

:woohoo:

party:Congratulations on your Disney addition !
I really like being able to walk to the park too !
I have been thinking about a add on at the Beach Club Villa's for that same reason -

Congratulations! I think BWV would be a great home resort, especially if you ever want to go to the Food and Wine Festival. Looking forward to adding on in the future myself. We currently have 150 points at AKV, which is fine for now but as the kids get older we will want 1br or 2br, rather than studios and 1br. We will be staying at BWV for 5 nights this summer, then 5 nights at AKV. Really excited to stay at BWV because we haven't stayed there yet.

BLT and BWV's???? Seriously, are you copying me....:rotfl2:

Congrats on your new home! Welcome to the Epcot resorts area...it is a wonderful place to stay!

Obviously!

If you have a young train-crazy boy than the MK view at BLT is a must!

After bath time one night...
"Bubs, what are you doing?"
"Sitting naked, watching the monorail"
:lmao:

I hope he'll appreciate BWV when he gets a little older. It'll be tough to tell him we're not staying in one of Mickey's train rooms.

We did the same thing! :goodvibes We own at BLT and just sent in closing paperwork last week for 150 points at BWV. We are spoiled with walking (or taking the monorail when we feel like a ride) to MK and DH wanted the same opportunity to walk to his favorite park (EPCOT)! We anticipate many split stays between both resorts and agree that as our kids get a little older, we'll all enjoy the nightlife along the Boardwalk. We think BLT & BWV is a great combo!! :thumbsup2

My hubby and I just bought at BLT two weeks ago! November 2013 will be our first trip back at WDW. I am seriously considering a split stay at BLT and BWV during food and wine festival. If we don't stay at BWV in 2013 we will probably do it in 2015. Hubby and I go every other year by ourselves and take our two daughters the other years. The only thing I am not that keen on is that crazy clown pool LOL :rotfl:

Exciting news! Congratulations!! I'm fighting a little addonitis now, too. But the tax man wasn't nearly generous enough this year.
