We did it!!!

Just added on points at BLT last week and yesterday booked our first trip there. 1 BR Lagoon View for the week before Easter! We finally have enough points that we now know the joy of banking and/or borrowing. After years of getting by with 150 points and using them once a year at our home resort BCV (which we LOVE), we have now added a contract at AKV and BLT and figured out how all of you have been doing it for all these years - staying in larger accommodations for longer periods of time. NOW we really feel like owners!

Congrats. I am excited for you. We just bought 210 points at AKV and our first Deluxe trip will come in October this year. Bye, Bye Big Wheel at Pop...hellloooo studio with savannah view!

We will say Hi to AKV as we will be there next week. Two nights in a Savannah view studio at Kidani Village and two nights in Jambo House Concierge!

The DVC Planning Board is the best place to ask questions and share experiences about organizing and planning DVC vacations. It is also available to discuss how to best use your membership including membership perks.

It makes me absolutely crazy that the moderators decide to move things without really reading them. My post was about planning our first trip to BLT and how we think we can plan future vacations. So that doesn't fit into DVC Planning? How about a mod explain that one to me.
