We finally got someone on the phone and it took only 10 minutes! She said that we recieve our member info next week! Yippee!

Ok, now in hindsight I just thought about UY, she didn't ask me. Is that bad?

I do think it's strange that she didn't discuss UY with you at all, because that is something you are going to want to know. I don't know - is there even a choice at this point in UY? I remember for a while there it was just one month available. At the very least, It would be a good idea to call her back and find out what it is so you can make sure it is one that will work for you. Most UY will be workable for most people, but I know that there are exceptions to that, given your situation and the UY in question.

As far as use year- I would call back and see- that is kina important. It seems like they were selling a bunch of Sept. & Oct. when I bought SSR (2 weeks ago) I got August but my guide was pushing Sept/Oct.
