We did it!! Trip with Asperger/Autistic Son

I too have a son with PDD ADHD and I have to say that WDW is his source of therapy It takes him to his happy place (us too) He can never wait to go back and we have been going every year since he was 5 (now 11) we finally broke down and bought DVC. I have to say that there is something truly magical about WDW and we are truly blessed to be able to see tour childrens faces light up and experience the magic. (after all no price is too high for that). To all you parents out there, We have truly been blessed with these wonderful children who teach us more and more everyday, children who love us unconditionally and help us be all that we can be. I know I would't trade my precious son for all the money in the world. Keep smiling

Best Regards,

I totally agree with you. These kids are precious! To see his face and see him laugh is the best thing in hte world! We have gone three times now in the past two years and going again this December. I see it as therapy for my ds. He always says or does something new every trip. Go Disney!!!!
